Common questions

Good to know before your first shift

Do attendants need special devices?

It runs in modern iPhone and Android browsers. Printed tickets need a Bluetooth thermal printer on Android; the on-screen QR ticket works without one.

Can we use it for complimentary valet?

Yes. Set the rate to $0 and you still get vehicle tracking, tickets and shift reports.

What happens when internet service drops?

Arrivals, exits and payments keep recording on the device, then sync when the connection returns.

Can several attendants work the same event?

Yes, up to what your plan includes. The admin account and the operator accounts in your plan can all work at once, each with their own sign-in, their own shift and their own closing summary. Your plan also sets how many shifts can be active at the same time, which is what limits how many people take payments at once.

Do you file or report to the IRS or my state's tax agency?

No. You keep filing your taxes the way you already do; we just keep that record attached to the shift and payment history, so everything stays together.
